Our time on event admin is therefore extremely limited. It means if you cannot attend for any reason, there are no refunds available.
A little like booking a theatre ticket. You are welcome to nominate another to go in your place. But you can’t claim a refund or change the booking to a future event.
The same applies to Platinum membership where the seat at the event is just one element of a much more varied package of member benefits.
Again, there is no refund due if you cannot attend, but you are welcome to send another in your place.
